A. Who determines how personal data will be processed?

B. What personal data do we process?

a) Contact details

First and foremost, the name, surname, date of birth, username and password are important for us to make sure we really contact the right person. Moreover, we would like to address you by your name.
c) Website usage data
By using the Internet environment and visiting our websites, you automatically send the IP address of your device. So we can detect the network and subnet number in which your device is located. If you have enabled cookies to be stored in your browser, you are sending them additional information, such as the pages you visit, about user preferences on your computer. From the logs where information about your activity on the website is also recorded for security reasons, we can deduct the length of one login, the actions you have performed on the website, and information about the data filled in the forms. For optimal viewing of our websites and services, we use information about your operating system (such as Windows or macOS), its version and technical data about the devices you are logged into (such as your smartphone type). This helps us constantly improve our services and adapt them to your technical capabilities. d) Information on the use of products and services
For better targeting in our campaigns, we use information about what services you are getting, the conditions, whether you are still using them or canceling them. We know how often you sign in to your user account, and if you've made an action in your environment or you've logged off after a while. We also use survey and user test information to improve our services.
e) Information about interactions with us
To prevent you from contacting us for more than one occasion for the same reason, we will record the contact information between you and us. These are, in particular, data such as the date (or time) of the contact, its reason, and whether you initiated your contact yourself or ourselves. This applies to contacts through all channels, especially via phone, chat, mail, email, or through an Internet or mobile app, GoogleID, or AppleID. f) Transaction data
In particular, these are your account numbers, the account owner's name, the time and amount of the payment you made. This data needs us to be able to send you money in case of your participation in the affiliate program, or we record the data in connection with the received payments from you, what the users of our website.
g) Information from surveys and user testing
When we are preparing new services or want to know about our existing services and ads or we want to find out what services they would like to have, we ask you, our users, in different surveys. We develop so-called user testing for the development of new services. These tests let us know if the application is not only appealing but also easy to use.
At the same time, you can compare the result of your IQ test with other users who passed the test according to your criteria. The personal data that we process comes mainly from you, by using your website, our services and our communication with you. We also get personal data from you by monitoring your behavior on our Internet portals.
We collect other personal data as part of our activity, in particular derived data from your data.
We may obtain additional personal information from our partners who process your personal data for us in accordance with our instructions and for the purposes set out, and are therefore personal data processors and / or our partners who are the personal data controllers. C. Use of cookies and other technologies to process your personal information

D. Why do we process personal data and what authorizes us to do so?
As part of our activity, we process personal data for various purposes and to varying degrees either:
without your consent based on performance of the contract, our legitimate interest or the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or
- subject to your consent, if we ask you to do so.
What processing we may do without your consent depends on the purpose of the relevant processing and the position you are taking - whether you are a visitor to the website or you register and agree to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes .
In case you register, we process your personal data without your consent based on performance of the contract, our legitimate interest or the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or also based on your consent that you have granted for any of the specific purposes of the processing.
Without your consent, we process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) Ensuring our services for you
Such processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfill the contract with you. e) Support and promotion of our services
For this purpose, we process your personal data on our legitimate interest within the scope specified in Part B under a, b, c, d, e, f, g.

For this purpose, we process your personal data for the duration of your contractual relationship, ie for your participation and the use of our services, and for a period of 3 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship and your participation and the use of our services necessary to perform the necessary steps related to the deletion of your personal data according to valid and effective legal regulations.
f) Meeting our legal obligations

E. Who handles your personal data and to whom does it pass?
We process all of these personal data as an administrator (see Part A "Who determines how personal data will be processed?"). This means that we determine for what purpose and by what means your personal data will be processed, namely, collected, recorded, sorted and, and we are also responsible for the proper execution of such processing of your personal data.
We may also transfer your personal information, subject to your consent, also to other entities in the role of administrator, namely:

For the processing of personal data, we also use the services of other processors who process personal data only according to our instructions and for the purposes described in Section D "Why do we process personal data and what does it entitle us to do so?". Such processors are:
(a) cloud service providers and other technology and support vendors such as Amazon Web Services, SuperNetwork s.r.o., Creative Developers spol. with r.o., and others.
(b) operators of marketing tools such as Facebook, Inc., Google, Inc. and Seznam.cz, a.s., who help us optimize the site and personalize content and offers for you;
c) operators of email marketing campaigns such as Mailkit s.r.o., IČO: 264 49 901
F. Handing over your personal data outside of the European Union
As part of the data transfer to our processors listed in Part E, "Who processes your personal data and to whom we forward it?", We assure you that we do not transfer your data to third countries outside the European Union.
G. What are your rights to processing your personal information?
Just as we have our rights and obligations to process your personal information, you also have certain rights to process your personal data. These rights include:
a) Revocation of consent
All the consents we receive are entirely voluntary and you are not required to provide them.

d) Right of cancellation

g) Right to object to processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on our legitimate interest (see Section D "Why do we process personal information and what does it entitle us to do so?") In the case of marketing activities, we will no longer process your personal data; otherwise we will do so unless we have serious legitimate reasons to continue such processing.

h) Right to file a complaint

How do individual rights apply?
In all matters relating to the processing of your personal data, whether it be a question, a law enforcement, a complaint or anything else, you can contact our customer service center at consumerupport@iq-test.eu. We will resolve your request without undue delay, but within a maximum of one month. In exceptional cases, especially due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by another two months. We will, of course, inform you of any such extension and its justification.
